2020-2021 Season Update

Happy December! We’re all looking forward to kicking this season off very soon. As we have some big changes coming, we wanted to provide an update and answer some frequently asked questions:

When will you be open? Hopefully soon! We’re waiting for the right weather conditions to get our snowmaking system fired up. Stay tuned to social media for more information.

Will you offer any refunds on season pass purchases should Mulligan’s Hollow be forced to shut down? Our refund policy is as follows:

  • In the event the ski bowl does not open at all for the season – 100% of the purchase price for season pass will be refunded.
  • In the event the ski bowl opens in December, but is forced to close prior to January 1, 2021 and does not reopen – 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
  • If the ski bowl is open on January 1 – no refunds will be issued.

Will gift certificates be available? We are not able to sell gift certificates at this time.

Can I purchase a 5-Pack online? The 5-pack cards will be available at the ticket window once we’re open.

What will your hours of operation be? Mulligan’s Hollow will be open during the following hours for skiing:

  • Thursday / Friday : 4:00 – 8:00PM
  • Saturday / Sunday : 12:00 – 5:00PM
  • Holiday Break and “Powder Days” : 1:00 – 5:00PM
    • Powder Days are going to be selected throughout the year as days where the conditions are exceptional for a top-notch riding experience. Bring on the winter storms!

Will rentals be available this season? Yes, we’re planning on it!

Will the lodge be open? No – unfortunately, our lodge will be closed this season. Please be prepared to use your car as your locker, as we will have no common areas to store items. Additionally, there will be no place seek shelter from the cold outside, so prepare accordingly. The bathrooms will be available.

Will you be selling food and/or beverage? We will not have any food or drink available for purchase this season. Bring snacks and drinks, and keep them in your car for a quick boost of energy during your day at the Hollow!

Is a mask required? Yes – a mask will be required at ALL times on Mulligan’s Hollow property this season. Please be respectful and wear your mask in an effective manner, covering your nose and mouth. No exceptions. Anyone not respecting this rule will be kindly asked to leave.

How will you be effectively managing social distancing requirements, keeping skiers and snowboarders safe while at Mulligan’s Hollow? We have worked directly with the NSAA and MSIA to come up with programs and policies that will make skiing a safe and fun activity, just as it is every year at the Hollow. That being said, we ask that everyone be respectful of our policies and encourage one another to kindly do so as well. We’re going to be actively enforcing a safe 6-foot social distance between everyone at the Ski Bowl, as well as requiring masks at all times. We will be screening our staff on a daily basis, and encourage everyone to stay home if they are feeling unwell or if they have been in contact with someone else who has been exhibiting symptoms related to COVID-19. Skiing is a wonderful activity to get outside during the Winter, and we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable during their time on the hill.
